Unwin provide a range of flooring systems for many types and sizes of vehicles. Famous for the Unwin rail, Unwin have developed flooring systems to include a range of seat fixtures to provide a complete solution.
Rail Systems:
Unwin Rail is a key element of the product range and provides a universal standard rail that works in conjunction with all Unwin wheelchair and occupant restraint systems. There are three options available: Low Profile Rail, Surface Rail and Heavy Duty Rail.

Innotrax System:
Innotrax is a new generation of flooring system that 'clicks' together to form a perfect vehicle floor base. Fully compatible with all Unwin products, Innotrax is available in various panel lengths and can be especially tailored to suit individual vehicle requirements.

Solo System:
As an alternative to rail, Solo is the ideal system for any vehicle with a dedicated wheelchair position and is often used in private cars and taxis, or even trains or coaches. It is the perfect solution when the travelling position of the wheelchair user does not need to change.

Seat Fixtures:
Unwin Seat Fixtures can be used in conjunction with Unwin Rail or Innotrax and means that a vehicle layout can easily be transformed from fully seated to wheelchair accessible within minutes. There are four options available: Xtract, the Removable Seat Fixture, T-Bolts and Butterfly Clip.

Testing
All Unwin rail has, as part of a total system, been tested and approved for compliance to European Directive 76/115/EEC as amended by 96/38EEC to M1 level using a single seat. It has also met the requirements of the above Directive when tested to M2 level using a double seat.
The Solo system has undergone extensive dynamic testing to the internationally recognised ISO 10542, providing users with the confidence of fully approved equipment.
All Seat Fixtures have been statically tested to meet the requirements of ECE regulation 14 and EU directive 76/115 for M1 or M2 vehicle categories. Certificates of testing can be issued for all our products.
